Not good! Luckily we have decided to stay in the Bay of Islands. Our other destination, Whangaroa Harbour, is part of that Covid caused Level 3 area. There we would be ”stranded” again and would not be allowed to sail around.
Now we have still a question. Since we want to sail around the northern part of New Zealand, would it be permitted to do so without stops? Lutz sends that question to the Maritime Department of NZ´s government.
