Arival at Virgin Gorda

After totally 15 hours we have arrived in Virgin Gorda just at sunset. First we have to go to customs and immigration in Spanish Town to check in. Then we sail to the North Sound, a big bay at the northern part of the island.



Wow! Those are Caribbean islands of which we have dreamed of! Turquoise water with coral reefs up to the surface, mountainous islands with white sandy beaches. This is the place where we want to stay for a while to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Assumingly the other Virgin Islands are quite similar we will look at different islands of course.



Unfortunately today it is cloudy and we are tired after the night watches. We use the day to relax.
